Users and creators retain ownership of the original content they create and upload to Cloudelume.
Uploading content to Cloudelume does not transfer ownership of that content to Cloudelume Network LLC.
However, by uploading content, users grant Cloudelume the limited rights necessary to host, display, distribute, and provide access to that content as described in our Terms of Service and Creator Agreement.
Users may not upload, share, distribute, sell, or promote content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
Examples of prohibited copyright infringement include:

Incomplete notices may delay review.

Cloudelume does not act as a court and does not determine final ownership disputes between parties.
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter notification.
A valid counter notification should include:
Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal occurred because of a mistake or incorrect identification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Cloudelume may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this Policy.
Actions may include:
Removing infringing content;
Issuing warnings;
Restricting creator features;
Suspending monetization;
Terminating accounts.
Creators participating on Cloudelume are responsible for ensuring that their content:
Is original or properly licensed;
Has necessary permissions;
Does not violate copyright laws;
Does not misuse another person’s work.
Creators are responsible for obtaining any required licenses for:
Music;
Images;
Video clips;
Educational materials;
Software;
Other third-party content.
Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading copyright complaints may have legal consequences.
Individuals who knowingly submit false claims may be responsible for damages, including legal costs and expenses.
Nothing in this Policy limits the rights of copyright owners, creators, or users under applicable copyright laws.
Cloudelume reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the platform, its users, and intellectual property rights.
