3. Memberships and Billing

Membership fees are due in advance.

Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

If we determine that a member has violated these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law, we may, at our discretion:

• Remove content.

• Restrict platform features.

• Suspend an account.

• Permanently terminate an account.

• Cancel memberships.

• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

The Cloudelume name, logo, branding, software, website design, and other materials provided by Cloudelume are owned by Cloudelume Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, or other services.

Cloudelume is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your use of Cloudelume is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudelume Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability
