These Creator Terms (“Terms”) apply to creators, educators, artists, musicians, instructors, and other users who upload, publish, distribute, monetize, or share content through Cloudelume, operated by Cloudelume Studios LLC (“Cloudelume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By becoming a creator on Cloudelume, you agree to these Creator Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and all other applicable policies.

1. Purpose of Creator Features

Cloudelume provides tools that allow creators to share knowledge, build communities, publish content, connect with members, and participate in available monetization opportunities.

Creator features may include:

  • Uploading videos, audio, images, documents, and other digital content

  • Creating educational materials and courses

  • Building a creator profile

  • Communicating with followers and members

2. Creator Eligibility

To become a creator on Cloudelume, you must:

  • Comply with these Creator Terms and all applicable laws

Creators are responsible for ensuring their account information remains accurate.


3. Ownership of Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they create and upload to Cloudelume.

You do not transfer ownership of your content to Cloudelume.

You remain responsible for:

  • Your videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Music

  • Courses

  • Images

  • Documents

  • Educational materials

  • Other creative works


4. License Granted to CloudeLume

By uploading content to Cloudelume, you grant Cloudelume Studios LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process your content as necessary to:

  • Operate the Cloudelume platform

  • Display content to users according to your privacy settings

  • Provide platform features

  • Promote Cloudelume and its services

  • Improve user experience

  • Maintain security and functionality

This license does not give Cloudelume ownership of your content.


5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for all content they publish.

You agree that your content:

  • Is original or properly licensed

  • Does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Does not contain illegal material

  • Does not violate our Community Guidelines

  • Does not contain prohibited adult or X-rated content

  • Does not mislead users

  • Does not contain false claims or deceptive information


6. Educational and Course Content

Creators offering courses, lessons, tutorials, or educational materials are responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate and appropriate.

Cloudelume does not guarantee:

  • Educational outcomes

  • Professional certifications

  • Employment results

  • Financial results

  • Business success from creator content

Creators should not provide professional advice outside their qualifications or licenses.


7. Creator Monetization

Cloudelume may provide monetization features, including:

  • Membership-related opportunities

  • Tips or supporter contributions

  • Paid digital content

  • Course-related features

  • Other creator revenue programs

Monetization features may require additional agreements, verification, payment processing requirements, or eligibility standards.

Cloudelume reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue monetization programs.


8. Payments and Fees

Where applicable, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Creators are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate payment information

  • Maintaining payment accounts

  • Reporting income as required by law

  • Paying applicable taxes and fees related to their earnings

Cloudelume may withhold or delay payments when necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, violations, or legal requirements.


9. Taxes

Creators are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their own tax obligations related to income earned through Cloudelume.

Cloudelume may provide tax-related information or documentation when required by applicable law.

Creators should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.


10. Prohibited Creator Activities

Creators may not use Cloudelume to:

  • Upload stolen or unauthorized content

  • Sell illegal products or services

  • Promote scams or fraudulent offers

  • Manipulate views, followers, ratings, or engagement

  • Upload malware or harmful files

  • Impersonate another creator

  • Use copyrighted material without permission

  • Circumvent platform rules


11. Creator Content Review and Enforcement

Cloudelume may review, restrict, remove, or disable creator content that violates:

  • These Creator Terms

  • Terms of Service

  • Community Guidelines

  • Acceptable Use Policy

  • Applicable laws

If violations occur, Cloudelume may:

  • Remove content

  • Restrict creator features

  • Suspend monetization

  • Suspend accounts

  • Permanently terminate accounts


12. Creator Account Termination

Creators may stop using Cloudelume at any time.

Cloudelume may suspend or terminate creator access for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Copyright violations

  • Harmful behavior

  • Illegal activity

  • Abuse of platform features

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination.


13. Third-Party Links and Services

Creators may not use Cloudelume to direct users to unsafe, illegal, or misleading third-party services.

Creators are responsible for any external websites, products, services, or promotions they provide.


14. Copyright Complaints

Creators must respect intellectual property rights.

Copyright complaints will be handled according to Cloudelume’s Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Repeated copyright violations may result in account termination.


15. No Guarantee of Earnings

Cloudelume does not guarantee that creators will earn money, gain followers, receive tips, sell courses, or achieve any particular results.

Creator success depends on many factors, including content quality, audience engagement, marketing, and user interest.


16. Changes to Creator Programs

Cloudelume may change creator features, requirements, eligibility rules, fees, or monetization options at any time.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes when appropriate.


17. Relationship Between Cloudelume and Creators

Creators are independent users of the platform.

Nothing in these Creator Terms creates:

  • An employment relationship

  • A partnership

  • A joint venture

  • An agency relationship

Creators are responsible for their own activities and obligations.


18. Agreement to Creator Terms

By using creator features on Cloudelume, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Creator Terms.
