Creator Terms Policy

These Creator Terms (“Terms”) apply to creators, educators, artists, musicians, instructors, and other users who upload, publish, distribute, monetize, or share content through Cloudelume, operated by Cloudelume Studios LLC (“Cloudelume,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By becoming a creator on Cloudelume, you agree to these Creator Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and all other applicable policies.
1. Purpose of Creator Features

Professional certifications
Employment results
Financial results
Business success from creator content
Creators should not provide professional advice outside their qualifications or licenses.
7. Creator Monetization
Cloudelume may provide monetization features, including:

Tips or supporter contributions
Paid digital content
Course-related features
Other creator revenue programs
Monetization features may require additional agreements, verification, payment processing requirements, or eligibility standards.

An employment relationship
A partnership

An agency relationship
